This book is now available in very limited quantities.

An initial print run of 20 copies, yes 20 copies, was undertaken to test the market. Each book was hand bound by staple, then the cover was glued, followed by guillotining. As such, each book is uniquely different in cut and overall size.  While some people may find this a distraction, it does not deflect from the content or the appeal of the book.  In essence, you are getting a unique copy of this book. This situation may only apply to the first 20 copies.

Currently only 11 copies still remain available (2 October 2009).

Subsequent copies of this book will be subject to demand and costs of printing.  At this time a reliable, reasonable, suitable, printer of large volumes has not been found, and there may be a significant delay in processing large orders (> 20).  The average turnaround time for the current manually-bound version of the book is 14 days.
